Meat sweats...

Benge & Vicki took a trip to Manchester today so Alex & I met them for something to eat & a few drinks. I caught the train & met them & Alex at Bem Brasil.
With my new eating regime in mind I steered clear of the rice, pasta & potatoes & pugged myself on salad & veg & of course the belly busting amounts of meat given that we had the Rodizio.
Being skint, I just had sodas, & just had 1 treat of single little cocktail in The Liars Club Rum Bar afterwards.
It was nice not to have to fork out on the £50 taxi ride home... Not drinking does have benefits.
