Have a seat ??

This photo of my backyard was taken after a weekend of warm temperatures and rain that melted a significant amount of snow. Crazy that there is all this white stuff! Of course, it is now back to the deep freeze and there is no more melting. On the contrary, the forecast is calling for a little more accumulation over the week.

This is my 16th winter in Southern Ontario and I have never seen so much snow. My friends across the street have lived in the neighbourhood for about 25 years and have never seen it like this either. Brrr...

But, I'm not complaining. I came home to see family and friends and have received a very warm welcome indeed.
