Sunshine and Nunchucks

The sun and nunchucks made a welcome appearance today. Shot appointment for Alex bright and early, then an incredible Yoga class, real estate shoot of an adorable house and home to wash the car in the sun and receive much-needed nunchuck lessons from Alex. My Body Pump class was fun tonight with good energy from the members, however, I have to say my favorite part of class was watching my mom dance and weight lift at the same time. I love that my almost 65 year old mother takes my classes and enjoys every minute of them. She is who I want to be when I grow up.
