Winter breakfast
I am still sticking to a phased eating pattern to keep my metabolism it it's toes, wed and Thursday are the difficult days but sets up Friday sat and Sunday for a fat burning phase . I lost a stone in a month and have kept it off over 8 months without too much effort. Apart from morning porridge it is a protein and veg day. No calorie counting, yey!
