Everyday Observations

It is spotting little moments like these, as I traverse the local government tundra, that raise the spirits. Especially after having to watch the territorial use of mobile phones. These are often paraded on tables, consulted for spurious 'important' messages and then used as deliberate signallers of seniority. We have all seen the moment the vital text 'has' to be sent, that strangely coincides with the owner no longer being the centre of attention.
