Sun, snow and silliness

This is Adam, a scientist who electrocutes water (it's a genuine field of research, ok?). I met him at the conference on Sunday and have subsequently had lots of snowball fights with him. We propped the bar up until 2.30 a.m. last night and somehow still managed to get to the 8.30 a.m. lectures. However, he decided to skive the afternoon sessions in order to get some skiing in.

Today has been very sunny in the morning but it's clouding over a bit this afternoon. I am pondering a nap, since this evening is the jazz social event of the conference. Gotta get those dancing shoes on!

Yeah, this is a conference, I promise you, not just a holiday ;)
