At tai chi class on Monday night Sifu was showing us Dan Docherty's new book.

Tuesday lunchtime I ordered a copy of the book

Today at lunchtime it arrived in the post.

Impressive service from both he online retailer and the Royal Mail.

And the book looks pretty damn good too. I shall immerse myself in it later.
