Paradise City

Evening all.

Just back from the North Yorks. coast where I've been galavanting around the various Victorian seaside resorts for a while.

God, Whitby's dull.

A line of depressed, unemployed undertakers or a tramp's vest would have so much more life or variety than Whitby.

It's so bad they even seem to have mislaid one of their two tourist attractions, namely the Endeavour, captain Cook's ship had vanished from the dock.

The other selling point...Dracula, was also conspicuous by his absence. Probably topping up a tan or getting his full blood count measured at the clinic.

Still, the best thing were the elaborate disguises adopted by the traffic wardens, loads of them around, haunting every car park.

Each one cunningly disguised as a seagull and alert to every parking indiscretion..

cunning swines! Anyhow back in the land of the technological so will be catching up on journals and rather fittingly, back blipping again!
