Happy Days....

not only is it Thursday, one more day of work, but the items ordered on Tuesday evening have arrived!

1. the aran wool so I can knit the jumper for the baby due this weekend
2. Games of Throne seasons 1-3. I watched most of season 1 & 2 on the plane back from NZ in the summer, Geoff was addicted after he watched on episode at Chris and Maddies in January and ended up watching both seasons. So why have we bought all three seasons? Simple we need to watch the last episode of season two before starting season three!! This will be the first box set Geoff has watched and I have warned him that he has to move inbetween episodes otherwise he will be at risk of dvt even if he isn't on a plane.

One of my current moans is why don't they show the last episode of a series or at least make it available on i player or similar before the new series starts. For example, both my colleague and I watched the first episode of season three of Silk this week and we both thought we had missed a couple of episodes as there were some things going on we didn't remember. If we'd had access to the last episode we could have been back on track and wouldn't have spent the episode trying to remember. Rant over!
