Shape shifting
Drove out to Cannon Beach with Jess--wonderful roiling clouds, a bit of rain, a few blasts of sun between clouds. It was his first time to be there, and the sky show was spectacular. I took many pictures, but this one, in which his rain hood repeats the lines of the Haystack, made me laugh with delight.
Driving and walking on the beach all day, I got home in time to rush over to Sue's house to watch with her an incredible documentary by Colin Stafford-Johnson on the Shannon River in Ireland, with some of the most exquisite nature photography I've ever seen. Seriously. (The full hour-long show is available through this link only available to people in the USA, sadly.)
And so the day went, with no time for blipping. Now it's Thursday and Bella will be with me soon. Where does the time go? How do the rest of you do this?
