New contract earlier this year.
Supposed to have got an employee discount thanks to Kara working for the council.

7 conversations later hopefully it has been sorted. These included the following.

1 phone call ( which I was hung up on)
1 web chat
1 email
1 online application

I am now out with my 30 day time limit but I have been told that it's ok that won't matter.
