We made Sweet Potato soup tonight for dinner. So so good. Sweet potatoes have turned into one of my favorite things and it was super easy to make.
We added a bit of sour cream to it once it was done and next time I think I'm going to add green onions or chives.

It is also very hard to post blips when your cat is hogging your lap and part of the computer so she can sleep.
