Our daily bread

Escaped house arrest for a brief excursion to Boulder. It was a beautiful day and the buskers were out on Pearl Street mall. One enterprising busker had a pewter plate "Give us this day our daily bread" as his "payment bowl". I have always liked this concept of taking a more immediate (hand to mouth) approach to life even though I do find it a bit stressful to have not saved something for tomorrow.
