A Mysterious Delivery

I was driving in traffic when I had to stop for a light in downtown Bradenton and I spied the most unusual item being hauled by this driver from Kentucky! It looks like some kind of helmet, but , for sure, I do not know what it is. But it was so odd, I had to take a blip of it!
