Art For Art's Sake

I drove out to Burton Agnes Hall in the East Riding today.

The weather was splendid: bright, dry and surprisingly warm in the late winter sun.

I had taken lots of photos of snowdrops for which the Hall is rather famous, but I couldn't resist posting this as my pic of the day. This the gate house seen from within the hall; the sculpture seen from this angle suggests a title such as Itchyfanni's 'The Streaker'.
