I decided today to 'Follow a Tree' - bear with me and I shall explain! The idea is to choose a tree and every month record how it looks, any wildlife in it or underneath it etc. Lucy originated the idea on her blog 'Loose and Leafy', which I read regularly, and she has opened it up to anyone who wants to join in. I'm following 2 trees from each of my blogs - an apple tree in the churchyard (in todays blip) and a hawthorn out in The Field. I'm really looking forward to discovering the micro worlds of these trees.
