Käsespätzle

To anyone who wasn't lucky enough to live in Germany last year, this is Käsespätzle. Think German version of a pasta bake...doughy potato mix that's fried before being smothered with 2 cheeses, peppers, onions and of course, bacon.

Rob picked some Spätzle up from his last visit to Switzerland and Kat made this beautiful meal shown above. It tasted just as good as it looks and then some so thanks to both of them for an awesome dinner. Definitely need to up my game when I return the favour at some point.

Off on mini-tour with floorball tomorrow and none of them, except the current exec, know where we're going so it should be fun and if it's not then it's all on me...no pressure!
