unexpected storms...

Interesting day indeed

Today's day has had all the ingredients of an interesting day...

For a change we had a smooth journey to the hospital-it was so good,no problems with Mary or taxis
The long waiting periods have led me to invest time in reading and listening to the Word of God concerning healing-that was light the most amazing part of today
Got to learn that faith is only faith if u understand it (hopefully I will explain tht on friday)
-for a change we decided to treat Mary to an expensive lunch,a treat for her...glad she loved it
Journey home was more of a nightmare-she just couldn't walk,everything was a struggle-and at times I had to be strict and harsh,and quarrels were inevitable.The problem is she wants to have a pity party and I am challenging her to use her faith,and Jesus said she is healed so I wil treat her like she is healed.Hard as it may sound,I know how mourning can worsen the situation
-then we had to deal with a heavy storm which came upon Joburg-so we got soaked walking home from the bus stop (not the ideal dancing in the rain scenario but it was kinda hilarious)
Loong hot shower,hot food and a good laugh about today was a fine way to wrap up today

-God doesn't respond to our pity,cries or mourning-he responds to our faith
-sometimes perfect love tells u to keep going even when you wanna sit down
-you cannot be what you don't have faith to be
