Welcome plaque

This plaque was a gift from a friend Sylvia who came to stay with us a few years ago. It depicts kookaburras and gumnuts, very strong symbols from Australia where we live.

It is very heavy so was hard to find an appropriate place to hang safely. It is near the front door and seems happy in that spot.

The photo was taken after dark and was the only decent blip I had for today, not the best quality but nice to remember where it came from.
