Pelican crossing

Not quite sure what they are doing at this crossing, but the works don't seem to have altered us pedestrians' behaviour of walking/running across whenever there is a gap in the traffic.

This had to be my blip for 27th February as it was the only photo I took. Crashed out quite quickly once I got home!
