Starlight
I've taken a couple of shots up around the new secondary school before, mostly of the old school and its demolition.
Tonight, I got in a few shots whilst waiting on Euan to finish up football training and at the same time being entertained and perplexed watching the usual bunch of idiot drivers parking in the most inappropriate of places so that they have 25 yards less distance to walk to the gym/football pitch (oxymoronic morons). I mean... turning up to footy practice in your boy racer go-kart, decked out in your best Nike shorts and top, then parking in one of the two reserved spaces for disabled drivers... what IS that all about? Have we become so selfish, stupid and arrogant that we don't give two flying figs for others less adidas-abled? Seeing this first hand tonight, it would seem it's look after No.1 and bugger everybody else (walked down the hill to find someone double parked beside the car and had to call on all my expert driving skills to manoeuvre out. Fud)
Anyway, the stars were shining as I waited for Euan and I grabbed a shot of them twinkling prettily through the more interesting bits of architecture in the school building.
And... relax...
