zuchini bread comes in many shapes and sizes...

When I started, I thought I was making two types of bread. Muffins and a bundt loaf. When I was finished, after sticking issues and such, I ended up with four different verions of zuchini bread. We have muffins, half of a well rounded loaf, half of a loaf with the top missing and a bowl full of crumbs!! Thank goodness it all tastes the same!

Had a fun day at home today. And, when we decided to make muffins, Mia decided it should be a birthday party. So, we gathered all the animals and sang Happy Birthday to the crew. We even had candles to complete the party! I love it when the creativity comes from the kiddos and not always from me!
