We have a lake!

I woke up to the sound of heavy rain beating against the shutters and estimate that we have had 4" overnight!
The bottom of the field next door has been flooded on and off all winter, but overnight it must have reached it's saturation point as it is now draining into our garden.
There's a river running under the log pile and off to one side of the shed, which is under water, and then on into this lake. Now we have high winds which are rattling all the shutters and spooking the dogs, and the temperature has dropped- just as I thought spring was nearly here.
