Mallard enjoying some early spring sunshine

Went for a short walk after work today to see if the wildlife were making the most of today's early spring sunshine.

On the pond near where my Mum lives I came accross a couple of pairs of mallard ducks.

I really liked the framing of the reflections on the water surrounding this male mallard and felt it looked so peaceful and tranquil.
