Inspired by a friend who's a fellow foodie and also a fantastic cook, the pasta machine was dusted off today.

With one very eager young boy, and one slightly older! Both willing to help, tagliatelle was made from scratch for tea tonight. So much nicer than shop bought fresh pasta and dried pasta. Well worth the extra few minutes to make


You only live once, but if you do it right, once is enough.
