"It's mind over matter. If you don't mind, it doesn't matter!" It's fair to say that I am incredibly motivated! Kind of chilly for the first run of 2009, but not bad after you get started. The Han River is Seoul's main waterway. The park along the river is a great place for joggers, bicycles and people just out on a walk. The Seoul weather forecast calls for a week of this kind of weather! Super!
