#Levantine cuisine

Today I sampled Lebanese cuisine at the Med One restaurant in Huddersfield. The menu is largely typical of what is eaten in the Levantine area of the Middle East, encompassing Syria, Israel, Lebanon and Turkey.

Here is the owner, Syrian born Khalil Khalaf who although new to Huddersfield, has run restaurants for nearly 25 years.
