Run Faster

Don`t know about that but will make me run better.
After a gym session yesterday, we drove over to Loughborough to `Running Fox` where I had my gait analysed. Apparently I have a low arch, wide feet and a tendency to walk/run with a roll inwards
A few shoe try ons later and these little babies have sorted the problem out. Not too expensive either at £81 and as they`re New Balance, the factory shop is in Keswick so I can pop in and get another pair when I go up in July.

Everything now ready for party tomorrow so bring it on...am ready to embrace being 60..
