Pyracantha

I just needed to shot something today that didn't look like winter. The Pyracantha's green leaves and bright red berries caught my eye. We had two at my childhood home, and my memories are not good. My Dad trimmed them regularly and I was always the helper. The thorns on these bushes are very sharp and thin. They tend to go into your fingers like a splinter.
