Hand Turned Vase

This vase is part of our arts centre silent art auction.

It is turned by Antonio Alphonso a local Saltspring Island artist.

This is turned from arbutus when it is wet and let to dry in a controlled fashion so that it does not crack. As you can see the results are stunning

The vase is about 11" high by 7" across and only weighs a few ounces.
