Beech Forest

Today we drove through the Lewis Pass to the west coast. We stopped at Marble Hill for a cuppa and while my coffee was cooling I disappeared into the forest with my camera. Spent some time trying to get a sharp shot of a very confident little tomtit which was hopping around my feet, but he was too fast for me. I settled for a shot of the trees instead.
