Knights of the Sky

Awoke this morning, after fairly cold night, to find fresh snow on the tops of the mountains across the bay. Next stage of our holiday was a short drive to Blenham and our first stop was the Omaka Aviation Heritage Centre to see the “Knights of the Sky Exhibition”. The photograph is one of the exhibits in the exhibition – a WW1 snow scene with a Nieuport 27 (in the tree) and a Siemens Schuckert. After a couple of hours at the exhibition we left and booked into our Motel.
