Sarah's Challenge

A trip to Fraser Island (with no internet) this weekend. Fraser is a 124km sand island, the largest in the world. The east side is a 75 mile beach (highway) that loads of 4WDs run up and down to see the sights. We're on a guided tour in a big truck. Today we saw all the sights at the coast, including sharks from Indian head! We swam in Eli Creek, a freshwater creek name after Eliza Fraser, wife of Mr Fraser who discoverd the island (after Captain Cook). This wreck is the ship that the Frasers were using to explore before they washed up on shore and were captured by aboriginals. Also got to feed wild dolphins!
