that damn left leg...........

so here I am trapped indoors on a sunny Saturday

after another rubbish night's sleep

The chiropractor worked on me yesterday - my pelvis is out of line and my spine has screwed itself up trying to compensate

meantime the lack of sleep has made my neck so tense I should be having headaches

so really the agony I've been in is less than it could be

G has walked Kassidy for me ...I think an afternoon nap is calling
