Welsh blip

In honour of St David's Day I made leek and pepper tagliatelle. Well, to be honest I'd already decided to try that recipe before I remembered it was St David's Day. But, teamed with a few daffodils, I offer it to my Welsh friends, remembering three happy years spent at university in Aberystwyth.
