St Mary's Church, Crosthwaite

We went into Kendal to order my new lens and trade in some camera kit. The weather was a bit iffy but we decided to press on and try to get some photographs in Kentmere. It wasn't great but we will return another day when the weather (and parking) is better. There were lots of people there with radios and walkie talkies clearly waiting for something to happen but we didn't make out what it was.

We returned home via the Lyth valley which was lovely as there was more sunshine by this point. St Mary's sits next to the Punchbowl pub which is highly recommended. We went there when Chris and Nicky got engaged and had a great evening.

Santana is blipping the church as well and I think his is better.
