An exciting 3-3 draw today against a team very much higher in the league. We took the lead three times but conceded each time we did. We had a man sent off after only 7 minutes. It was for a 50/50 tackle and the opposition player went down like a felled tree only to get up and start running freely. He was soundly booed every time he touched the ball.

Half way through the second half I commented how well we had done with only 10 men. To which the person sitting next to me responded by asking, "Oh, has someone been sent off?"
