Star Trail - Fail

So erly this morning I sat out in the cold trying to catch star trails. Now I have never done any low light or night photography before so it really was an experiment for me. The stars were so bright and pretty and it's only after the exposure has finished that you actually realise how much light pollution there is even in our small town - however it was nice to be out in the fresh air even if it was freezing cold and I will try again.
