ready to sail

Whilst out on my little 18 mile run today passed a section of beach with lots of boats on it. The spring sun really caught the fresh white paint and the contrasting numbers. Good run too ...7.50 pace and not too tired at the end...pleased because I did a swift 10 Friday night too
