Cement mixer

It has been a waiting game with the builders still not completing on the houses in front of our house and my patience is wearing thin. As I tried to begin the school run I was faced with a large cement mixer, on enquiry I was told that I can't get past for another 20 minutes!!! I was late for Zara needless to say!! Once they start unloading cement they can't just stop!!
