Baddesley Clinton

The original plan today was the Black Country Museum with Sophie. However after a lot of dithering about as to whether she was going to see one of her friends at Leicester Uni this evening, there was too little time left. Cue a trip to Baddesley Clinton to inspect the priest hole (again) and see the blood stains on the floor from the murder of a priest in the (I think) 1400s. Apparently the bloodstains were added some time later for dramatic effect. We were particularly amused by the teazels left on the chairs to deter you from sitting down in an unauthorised place!
