Old Bones

After an excellent meal at Les Ondines we accepted a couple of house Armagnacs as we paid the bill.

Just before we said bon soir to Pascal we noticed his case of vintage Armagnacs. As I am sure you know, Armagnacs, unlike Cognacs, are kept by the year, so having just passed our 46th wedding anniversary we had to try the '68.

Just like us, it had matured to perfection.
