Old Country.
Wonder which old country that is? Considering all of the "un-earthly" ingredients in bread like this, I'm guessing Mars.
It's hard to get good bread in Phoenix - apparently the dough doesn't proof properly due to the very low humidity. However; it appears the caff at work isn't too worried about that. I skipped the bread and had a tortilla - they definitely know how to make those around here.
