Farewell to Hopewell

My last morning at Hopewell Lodge in Kenepuru Sound - I either chose another sunrise or this stately punga, which grows near the Lodge's common area. I've been so lucky to have had two weeks there, in some of New Zealand's most beautiful scenery. Another creative image, with an impressionist feel.

I drove back home to Christchurch today - back to the traffic, road works and bumpy roads. It's nice being back in my own home though, after 5 weeks away. Thanks so much everyone for your continuing support during that time!
