Wellington

Visiting grandson Ioan and his parents in Somerset for the weekend. We went out for lunch and then for a stroll around the Wellington Monument. This is the big needle-on-a-hill that you can see to the left of the M5 as you drive South of Taunton. It's a bit strange close-up to be honest. Rachael says it reminds her of something from Communist Europe rather than Imperial Britain. Maybe there are similarities?

Ioan is adorable (am I biased?), he seems to be happy just about all the time. Now crawling, he is of course getting into everything.

As Ros is away on business, I left Serin with my youngest daughter. Hope everything is OK there.
