Thrush

The untamed hazel at the bottom of my Mother's garden is a haven for birds. There was a lovely greater spotted woodpecker but unfortunately it didn't pose while I searched for the camera so I took this thrush instead. Taken through the window (non too clean!) I was reasonably pleased as I have been trying to take the thrush that visits my garden at home but have failed miserably as it is so shy and rushes for cover at the slightest movent.
And it rained and it rained and it rained - all day.
