Bike it you'll like it

Battle cry for a long forgotten campaign to get people cycling secreted within one of my memory banks and no doubt reducing my capacity to absorb relevant information and the need for commas in the English written language. Any way this a reminder of my first cycling day this year and benchmark for current fitness. The news is not good but it was great to be out in the welsh border country. I think we ventured into England! 45 miles for the record. It was supposed to be a very short ride.
