Learning to read

Stella is so excited about reading. She read almost this entire book they put together at school all by herself. We went to the mall for some starbucks, christmas cards, and new sneakers for her. She picked out a pair of flashy chunky high tops. Since she started school she has moved from "pink" to "cool". Ugh, dreading the teenage years. I did see my cutie light up when she saw Santa at the mall, like she saw a celebrity. Got the photo, maybe I should have used that one. Seems to early though.
