Bye Duckie

The duck is no more. Leo enjoyed him earlier today after working up an appetite in the pool. He is really getting the hang of this swimming lark now.

It is a rotten rainy day but I went out for a plod anyway as I have been rubbish with steps lately. Got a wet 10k steps in so feeling good. Am doing a 100 miles in 31 days during March so reckon I've done 10 so far :)
