Alice slept through first half of the Capitol One Cup. But came down for the second half. Quick photo at the end of the break with Alice watching the Barclays Thank You short. Hoping for a better second half and no tears before bedtime.

In other news, nice 22km run before lunchtime in under 2 hours and feeling reasonably good. Ran a few hundred yards with the field of the Meadows Marathon. Wondering how many laps that is.
